Probably the same reason I've seen a lot of good critiques on pics that received few votes. Go to the Beauty contest, and you are looking at a bunch of high-end GLAMOUR shots. Say that the beauty is 'pretty' fake there! City life is about depicting life in the city, not skylines or bridges, though those pics are beautiful. Actually, this shot was on purpose. Rangefinder, hanging from neck, I'd snap inconspicuously! This represents walking in a crowd!

Also,I do like this shot, simple profile, not over stylized!
