I personally like the other one better, although I still think the finger just isn't right. I would get rid of the woman behind him altogether. She kinda just sticks out now. Love his expression though

maybe a creative crop to get rid of the finger, the baby's hand and the negative space on the left and then get rid of the woman in the back? almost there, though. it's a good shot.

i like the finger cause if you crop out the bottem the babys hand will be cut out and it makes the image...i like the original ..and this is so adorable
