This photo is so gorgeous. You get so much emotion out of her eyes?, something that is so hard to capture. The tones are also really well balanced. The crop is okay, I think it could've been tighter but it's so nice the way it is. Great job!

I love the intensity in her face. It's such a clean cut photo, there is no filters or elaborate backdrops. I like it because she is a natural beauty and you didnt need to add anything to the photograph.

Well, I do not like it at all, sorry. The fact that is not cropped in the middle bothers me. Your own photo is better for this reason. Hot spot on the nose takes too much of my attention. Her earning creates a leading line which is leading away from face for me... But Im not an expert this just an opinion.

Top and bottom view of the photo is to dark. Not even enough and her face is so grainy.
