This is a great b&w photo. The tones are perfect and it's so sharp and full of detail. Her eye is amazing.

I like the repeating feel to this as the earring echoes the curvature of her face. I'd like to see the crop a little more from the left, cutting her face nearly in-half? Just curious. Strong composition, focusing on the subject and nice catchlight. Texture of the lips is good as well. Nicely done!
